1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Pomofy ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
Pomofy is a productivity application that provides task management, focus timers, and related analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice to you.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities or actions under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Premium"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Pomofy cancels it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the service, or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pomofy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
