For people who actually want to get things done

Stop planning your day.
Start finishing it.

I kept bouncing between a notes app for tasks, a separate timer, and a calendar that never synced right. So I built the thing I actually wanted to open every morning.

Soft Rain·Round 2 / 4

The focus room. No sidebar, no tabs - just the timer and your task.

What's inside

Four tools. One screen.

Everything you need for a focused workday, nothing you don't.

Tasks that stay out of your way

Type a task, hit enter, done. Set priority by typing !p1 or a due date with @tomorrow. No modals, no dropdowns. Just a text field that understands what you mean.

Drag to reorder. Tag with #work. Attach notes without leaving the list. Completed tasks collapse: they don't clutter.

Insights that actually tell you something

A 365-day heatmap of your focus sessions. Daily and weekly streaks. Completion rate. Not vanity metrics: just enough to know if you're showing up or slipping.

How it works

Open it. Do the work. Close it.

01

Dump everything into the task list

Don't organize yet. Just type what's on your mind. Pomofy parses priority, tags, and dates from natural language so you can keep typing.

02

Drag tasks onto today's timeline

Open the calendar view. Pull tasks from the sidebar onto specific time slots. Now you can see if your day is realistic or if you're lying to yourself again.

03

Click a block and enter the focus room

Full-screen timer. Ambient audio. No distractions. When the session ends, it auto-saves to your stats. You don't have to remember to log anything.

04

Review what actually happened

The insights page shows you how many minutes you focused, which tasks moved, and whether your streak is alive. One screen, end of day, done.

Where it started

Pomofy didn't start as an app.

Back in 2022, Pomofy was just a small Discord bot. A simple Pomodoro timer you could run inside a server. No dashboard, no tasks, no ambient audio. Just /timer 25 and a countdown in your voice channel.

Somehow, it stuck. Communities started adding it. Study servers, dev groups, small teams that just needed a way to keep each other accountable during work hours. It quietly grew to thousands of users who relied on it every day, not because it was fancy, but because it worked and it was there when they needed it.

But I kept hearing the same thing: “Can I see my stats from yesterday? Can I plan my tasks here? Can I pick what happens after the timer ends?”

A bot in someone else's chat window can only do so much. People wanted a space they could own. Somewhere to plan their day, track their consistency, and actually see if they're getting better at focusing or just going through the motions.

So that's what this is. The bot is still running, still free, still in your server. But Pomofy is a bigger world now. A place where focus sessions actually go somewhere, where your tasks live next to your timer, and where the thing you built a habit with finally has a proper home.

The bot is still alive and free

Pomofy still runs as a Discord bot in thousands of communities. If that's all you need, it's not going anywhere.
